Can I pay my bill on this page?

Paymentus does not accept bill payments through our website. Instructions for bill payments can be found on your bill, or on the website of your service provider. If no such instructions exist, it is recommended that you contact your service provider directly.

How can I address questions or concerns about my bill?

Paymentus is a payment processor and does not handle individual billing issues. If you are experiencing billing-related issues, please contact your service provider directly.

How can I set up a payment schedule (AutoPay) for my bill?

All scheduled payments must be created within your service provider’s online customer portal. To schedule a payment or enroll in AutoPay, please visit your service provider’s site and follow the instructions provided.

Please note that not all organizations offer AutoPay. If your organization does not offer the option to create automatic payment schedules, you will need to pay manually.

I have a charge on my account from Paymentus.com. What is this?

As a third-party payment processor, Paymentus charges a fee for the use of our payment platform. Any charge you see from Paymentus.com is related to a payment made through our system.

How can I view my bill online?

To view your bill online, please visit your service provider’s website and follow the instructions to log into your account. If you do not have an online account, follow the registration instructions to create one. Once you have a registered account, you can view your bill online.

Can I receive a payment receipt?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt. If sent by email, please check your inbox. Receipts for payments made through Paymentus will come from the @paymentus.com domain.

If you did not provide an email address, or paid by phone, please call 1-800-420-1663. You will need to provide the name of your service provider, your account and/or confirmation number, and you may be asked to provide additional payment-specific information.

You can also contact Paymentus Customer Service Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM eastern; Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, eastern (holidays may affect these hours).

Please note that Paymentus can only see transactions posted through our platform and we do not provide account payment history. If you need a history of your account, please contact your service provider.
